Steve Price
As Director of Virtu, Steve leads the company with a strategic focus, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with its long-term vision. With over a decade of experience in the property industry, Steve brings extensive knowledge and expertise, driving Virtu’s growth through informed decision-making and industry insight.
Beyond the office, Steve enjoys the challenge and relaxation of golf, often found on the course perfecting his game.
Dan Wright
Dan is the Operations Manager for Virtu Property in the South West, overseeing the day-to-day management of all grounds-based operations, including cleaning, grounds maintenance, and reactive works. With nine years’ experience in the property sector, he has held roles in property management, contract administration for Section 20 works, and grounds maintenance. He is currently pursuing his PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, and Lean Six Sigma certifications. Passionate about the outdoors, Dan can often be found hiking, cycling, or helping out at the family stables.
