Our Vacant Property Service provides a complete solution for the on-site activities of a vacant property. We offer a turn-key solution that ensures the property is secure, maintained and prepared for sale.

Step one is to secure the vacant property which includes the following:

Change locks
Drain down heating and hot water
Switch off electricity
Switch off mains water & gas supply
Record electric, gas & water meter serial numbers and readings
Remove perishable items
Board up windows (if required)

Step two is to set-up a regular inspection program:

The purpose of this is to ensure that the property is secure, safe and maintained. Our inspections will be recorded and provided to the client to demonstrate the current condition of the property Details of any preventative or reactive maintenance required will be included

Step three, prepare the property for sale:

Remove any remaining items
Carry out Covid-19 fogging service
Carry out a deep clean
Carry out an updated Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
Carry out Gas Safety Certificate, if applicable
Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
Create a full floor plan
Carry out an Asbestos Survey
